Brescia, Dec. 21, 2023 – AEB, a renowned international group specializing in biotechnology, natural ingredients, and sanitization and filtration systems for the production of wine, beer, and other food and beverages, announces the acquisition of ExperTi, an Italian company based in the province of Verona, born from the lease of the Tebaldi business unit, a reality operating for more than 30 years in the distribution and commercialization of biotechnology and cutting-edge plant solutions for the wine industry.

The acquisition of ExperTi marks AEB’s desire to continue to grow and strengthen its leadership in the Italian and international wine scene, also focusing on the acquisition and enhancement of realities of excellence, which complement the Group’s offerings with products, services, solutions and brands of the highest quality, and allow for an even more widespread network of consultants, technicians and experts to support wine and beverage producers.

To lead and manage this new chapter, SimonPietro Felice entrusts the leadership of the ExperTi company to new CEO Elena Guglierame, an executive and part of AEB’s management team since 2019, with experience in innovation and business development programs, and a background as a manager in strategic consulting firms and distribution companies.
