The activity of this strain allows both good fermentation aroma production and enhances varietal note by releasing aroma precursors. Recommended on Garganega, Riesling, Trebbiano. Ferments at low temperatures (10°C). Excellent for refermentation
in autoclaves for both white and red sparkling wines. High nitrogen demand.
