Specific adjuvant for clarification and stabilization of red and rosé wines. Acts with adsorptive effect toward numerous molecules responsible for olfactory defects. Reduces bitter mouthfeel. Improves protein stability and filterability, creating a compact sediment. Does not contribute allergens to the treated wine.
