French and American oak staves from the principal forests of Quercus alba and Quercus sessilis.
Designed for ageing, staves are the ideal solution for extending the life of large barrels and are suitable for slowly diffusing a fine woodiness in harmony with the structure of the wine. During contact time, they increase complexity while preserving varietal characteristics and stabilizing color. The wood is selected directly in the forest and controlled during all stages of processing to ensure the best sensory characteristics, homogeneity and quality repeatability. The LightOak Staves range consists of woods of different toast and origin:
