System for washing barrels with hot or cold high-pressure water jet. Equipped with a multidirectional rotational washing system, it allows in 90 seconds to reach all internal points of the barrel for optimal and safe washing. This model includes a ramp that facilitates the ascent of the barrel and the insertion of the washing cannula. It is also equipped with a PVC electrical panel with programmable washing timer, barrel counter, electrical protectors and emergency lockout. The machine is designed for long life and is made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean. All sensitive parts of the machine are protected from water.
Available:
3 stations – 4 stations – 5 stations
First washing station: rinse with hot or cold water at low pressure (from the mains) according to the set time.
Second washing and steaming station: allows washing with cold or hot water (60°) at high pressure (80 – 120 bar), with motorized rotating head. Steaming with special cannula is also provided.
Third station: Sanitization is done by means of special cannula. Then there is a short rinse with cold water at low pressure 8from the mains) to cool the barrels.
Fourth station: at this stage, the drum remains stationary with the bungs downward for the final drip; when another drum arrives, it is automatically pushed into the descent ramp seat.
Descent ramp: allows the operator to lower the washed drum in an easy way.
