Pinnacle Heritage English Ale yeast produces slightly fruity, ester-containing beers with a clean, slightly sweet finish that allows the malt and hops to shine, especially at 18°C (64°F).
Because of its versatility Pinnacle Heritage English Ale is popular among well-balanced English styles: Bitter, Mild, ESB, Brown Ale, medium-bodied IPA, English Barley Wine and DIPA. It settles heavily and creates very bright products, so it is suitable for cask conditioning.
