QR FILTER – Quality Respect is an orthogonal filtration system consisting of the classic housings inside which 40″ modules and 30″ cartridges are inserted.
Designed for application after wine clarification to prepare the filtered matrix for the next step of microfiltration.
ADVANTAGES:
1. Respect for wine quality: the use of 3MTM High Capacity polypropylene filter modules allows the organoleptic quality and structure of the wine to be safeguarded. In addition, they have a high filter surface area that allows the wine not to be subjected to high circulations and pressures as is the case with tangential filtration. In sparkling wines, QR Filter preserves the stability and “creaminess” of the mousse.
2. Alternative with reduced environmental impact: no products that are difficult to dispose of. Compared with kieselguhr filters and carton filters, no environmentally harmful materials are produced, which are also dangerous to the operator.
3. Protection from oxidation: completely closed and inert isobaric filtration system. There are no problems of dripping and gas leakage.
4. Ease of use: the QR FILTER system is simple in design (multiple housings working in series) and does not require special preparation by operators.
5. Various sizing possibilities: the QR FILTER system can be sized for various winery needs from 20 hl/hour up to 200 hl/hour.
