Complex product based on organic compounds with high antioxidant and reducing power for fermentation of white and rosé musts. It contains yeast derivative naturally rich in glutathione, gall tannins and proanthocyanidins. In addition to its direct action of protecting against oxidation, REDOX WINE participates in fermentation metabolism by causing yeast and lees to release reducing molecules during aging. It does not contain potassium metabisulfite or ascorbic acid.
