Due to its silicate and cellulose inert material content, UVA PROTECT can be dispersed as a powder directly on grapes in the hopper, transport wagons or directly into the mechanical harvester to prevent oxidation.
UVA PROTECT works by blocking enzymatic oxidation in botrytized grapes. 50g/ql of UVA PROTECT provides 40ppm of SO2.
Recommended dose:40-50 g/ql of grapes. In grapes affected by Botrytis. 80 g/ql is recommended for added protection.
